Just a little drive up north and I found myself in the company of two of the cutest kids I know. The occasion was the Liberty School Hoedown which was located at the school where my grandson, Alex, attends Kindergarten. There were games to play...like hot potato...crafts to do...western tattoo's...hay rides...and a pony to sit on and pet.
Haley and Alex were tired when we got home. Alex promptly put himself to bed and Haley lay down on her new favorite pillow which her Aunt Emmie gave her. Tomorrow will be a new adventure into the city by train so it's time to get some shut eye. Chi-town here we come.
