I opened up my email to this message this morning from Chuck Lofton:
It is the last day of winter, with the Vernal Equinox coming in at 1:14am. We have hit at least 70 degrees for 7 straight days, another record for the month of March. With the exception of an isolated shower/storm today, we should be warm and dry until Thursday. Today, by the way, we will have 82 for a high, the old record is 78 back in 1921.
Maybe I should have titled this picture "Daffodils in Winter" since I shot it last Wednesday.
